Terms of Service

Wirevox Inc. Effective Date: June 20th, 2026


1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account or using the Wirevox platform at wirevoxai.com or app.wirevoxai.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


2. The Service

Wirevox provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform that answers inbound calls, books appointments, and integrates with third-party business tools. The Service includes the web dashboard, AI agents, provisioned phone numbers, and any integrations you configure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.


3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.


4. Plans, Usage Limits, and Add-Ons

Your access to the Service is governed by the plan you subscribe to. Current plan limits are as follows:

Top-Up Credits: If you exhaust your included monthly minutes, you may purchase additional call credits. Top-up credits are non-expiring and carry over as long as your account remains active.

Additional Phone Numbers: You may provision extra phone numbers beyond your plan's included limit. Each additional number is billed at $5/month and charged automatically through Stripe.

Concurrent Call Add-Ons: By default, your plan supports a base number of simultaneous inbound calls. You may purchase additional concurrent call capacity as an add-on (e.g., +$15/month on Starter). Without the add-on, callers beyond the concurrent limit may receive a busy signal.

Plan limits and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice.


5. Billing and Payment

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Wirevox to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe's standard retry schedule. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded or suspended.


6. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Because the Service incurs hard costs for AI processing and telephony the moment it is used, we do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time, or early cancellations on annual plans.

Top-up credits are non-refundable but do not expire as long as your account remains active.


7. Cancellation and Account Termination

Cancelling your subscription: You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Your account will not be shut down immediately — you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and no prorated refund will be issued.

What happens when your billing cycle ends:

  • Your account is downgraded to the Trial tier
  • Your monthly included minutes reset to the Trial allotment
  • Any purchased top-up credits are preserved and do not expire
  • Your phone numbers enter a 30-day grace period: they are unassigned from your AI agents (calls will not be answered) but remain reserved on our telephony provider

Grace period resubscription: If you resubscribe within 30 days, your phone numbers are automatically reactivated and reconnected to your agents.

After 30 days: Phone numbers that are not reactivated are permanently released back to the public number pool. These numbers cannot be recovered.


8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Conduct spam, robocalling, or unsolicited telemarketing in violation of TCPA, CASL, or similar laws
  • Impersonate a human without disclosing that the caller is speaking with an AI
  • Process calls involving individuals under 16 years of age without appropriate parental consent
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without Wirevox's prior written permission (white-label options will be made available in the future — contact us to discuss)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules with notice where reasonably practicable.


9. Your Responsibility for Caller Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws governing call recording, AI disclosure, and telemarketing in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Disclosing to callers that they are speaking with an AI
  • Disclosing that calls are being recorded and transcribed
  • Obtaining any required two-party or all-party consent under applicable state, provincial, or federal law

Wirevox is not liable for your failure to comply with these obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold Wirevox harmless from any claims, fines, or damages arising from your non-compliance.


10. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party tools (Google Calendar, Clio, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others) at your direction. You are responsible for your compliance with the terms and policies of any third-party service you connect. Wirevox is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.


11. Intellectual Property

Wirevox and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the software, AI models, trademarks, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service.

You retain ownership of your data (call recordings, transcripts, business configurations). By using the Service, you grant Wirevox a limited license to process and store your data solely to operate and provide the Service.


12. Availability and Uptime

We operate the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability and do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wirevox's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Wirevox in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Wirevox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed calls, incorrect bookings, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will perform accurately in all situations.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. [Note: update this once your legal jurisdiction is finalized.]
